Senior Sales Engineer (Engineered Products Manager)

London, Ontario, Canada

Location Type: Remote but must live in assigned territory

Job Summary

We are looking for an Senior Sales Engineer (Engineered Product Manager) to join our team! In this role, you will develop market opportunities for ADS products by obtaining approvals and acceptance in design and construction specifications. If you are passionate about civil engineering and product management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with civil engineering and consulting firms to generate new projects and gain product approvals.
  • Enter and update project information in Salesforce.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all ADS product lines.
  • Obtain new or enhanced written approvals for ADS products.
  • Ensure ADS products are specified early in project design phases.
  • Provide technical support to the local sales team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key engineers, regulators, industry organizations.
  • Develop and review yearly action plans for product groups.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Certified Civil Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or E.I.T
  • Proven experience in sales or product management.
  • Strong knowledge of ADS product lines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within British Columbia.
  • Stormwater design experience preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering products.
  • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
