Job Overview
Join our innovative team as a Product Manager focused on Digital Sales & Marketing Ventures. In this pivotal remote role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at empowering financial advisors to enhance their business growth through innovative products and services. This position is structured as a 640-hour contract-to-hire opportunity, with the prospect of overtime, suitable for professionals passionate about fintech and marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision for new services by collaborating closely with Labs service designers and strategists to establish business models, pricing strategies, and operational frameworks.
- Conduct service discovery sessions to engage with financial advisors, gathering insights and feedback to refine our offerings.
- Design and execute pilots and A/B testing strategies to evaluate various features and operations while employing a data-driven approach to enhancements.
- Create compelling business cases through thorough pricing and unit economics analysis for new service initiatives.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless transition from the discovery phase to full service launch.
- Partner with senior leadership to communicate product vision and progress, influencing key business decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong foundation in new product development, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in digital sales & marketing, particularly in lead generation.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodology and human-centered design principles.
- Proficient in crafting and redefining business models, products, and services to drive strategic growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across diverse groups.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy consulting, with emphasis on corporate strategy and innovation.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in fast-growing environments and scaling products or services is highly advantageous.
