Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing offerings, enabling real estate teams and agents to effectively engage with potential buyers and sellers through customized advertisements, branded home search portals, and advanced AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Design, develop, launch, and iterate on complex features that align with the product’s objectives.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring quality assurance at every stage.

• Conduct thorough research and synthesize insights to inform strategic product decisions.

• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support product launch and ongoing development, working closely with:

• Sales team to create compelling sales materials

• Account Management team for customer rollout strategies

• Onboarding team to define effective workflows

• Product Support team for training and transition management

• Take ownership of product decisions, demonstrating autonomous execution in your role.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly within SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a startup setting.
• Proven project management and organizational skills to effectively drive initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong comfort level in independent work.
• Solid technical understanding that facilitates discussions involving complex systems and engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in product management, with significant experience in SaaS solutions.
• Experience in startup environments is highly beneficial.

Compensation And Benefits

This fully remote position offers competitive compensation for Mid-Level Product Managers ranging from \(130k to \)160k and for Senior Product Managers from \(150k to \)180k, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and a 401(k) plan.
