Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 100 utilities provider, is searching for a talented Tech Lead/Product Owner to drive the next generation GIS effort. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned GIS development expert who’s ready to lead, strategize, and deliver!

- Business & Tech Bridge – You can speak with business stakeholders, bridge the gap between business and technology, and act as a Product Owner from that perspective while also leading the tech team.
- Agile & Scrum Experience – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to drive efficient team execution.
Tools & Technologies
- Esri Suite & Products – ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro
- GIS & Data Management – ESRI Utility Network, FME Form, FME Flow
- Cloud & Database – AWS, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Geodatabase Administration
- Industry-Specific – Schneider ArcFM, Utility-focused GIS solutions
Education & Industry Experience
- GIS Degree preferred (Computer Science or similar acceptable with extensive GIS experience).
Industry Experience: Electric, Gas, or Utility sectors are a must.
