Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Customer Success & Marketing Operations for our Enterprise segment, who will be instrumental in steering customer success initiatives, outbound marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies within our innovative B2B SaaS solutions. This pivotal role will involve collaboration with various departments, including enterprise sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Development, to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the full customer journey, facilitating onboarding and ongoing engagement to drive partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine processes for managing partner relationships to meet both immediate and long-term revenue objectives.
- Lead the comprehensive customer journey, prioritizing partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Enhance the onboarding experience and analyze customer adoption and engagement metrics.
- Establish effective communication pathways between the customer success team and partners.
- Cultivate relationships with partner executives to align organizational goals and enhance engagement.
- Monitor essential performance indicators to ensure partner health and satisfaction.
- Advocate for partners within the organization to address their needs effectively.
- Supervise operational workflows utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, and Iterable for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive initiatives supporting revenue generation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our platform’s solutions to inform internal communications.
- Create user support materials and provide clear monthly reports to key stakeholders.
- Spearhead the outbound marketing strategy to develop B2B campaigns that generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Work alongside the Product team to prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback to ensure product relevance.
- Implement strategies for account renewals to promote retention and growth of partner accounts.
- Analyze key performance data from customer success, sales, and marketing to inform decision-making.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the partner lifecycle and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities based on partner feedback and collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in leading teams within SaaS or recruiting sectors.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and technology utilization in a media environment.
- Experience with CRM tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, and Stripe.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Exceptional prioritization, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving annual revenue growth within SaaS environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
