Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in the day-to-day programming and fielding of projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining communication with clients, and monitoring project progress. .

_The salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 plus quarterly bonus. We consider job level, geography, and the skills and experience you bring to the team. Candidates must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time zone. Remote in U.S.

_Responsibilities

  • Review and approve bids and project plans with oversight from Senior Project Managers and above.
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects from bidding through fielding.
  • Conduct detailed project reviews, especially for high-dollar projects, ensuring quality checks are in place.
  • Provide support to Senior Project Managers on larger projects as needed.
  • Review own work carefully, identifying potential issues and involving more experienced staff when needed.
  • Stay involved in programming, keeping Senior Project Managers informed and addressing sensitive client needs.
  • Follow coding and correspondence conventions, understanding the reasons behind them.
  • Program surveys, coordinate testing, and double-check survey results.
  • Manage study fielding, focusing on quotas and minimizing sample waste.
  • Regularly update clients and IS teams on project progress and issues.
  • Collaborate with other managers to coordinate project details and needs.
  • Participate in testing new software releases and report bugs.
  • Stay up-to-date on release notes and use the latest conventions.
  • Work with clients to explore ideas and provide thoughtful solutions, not just follow instructions.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of survey programming experience in enterprise-level software or 1 year in an IS PM role.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a client service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Perl.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical tasks and logical evaluation.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral technical communication skills.
  • Professional and clear communicator.
  • Background in elite consultancy or senior marketing research roles (4-8 years’ experience)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage a small team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to project expertise
  • Proficiency in complex analytics and data processing
  • Experience with advanced research methodologies (e.g., segmentation, max diff)
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to improve research designs and work in dynamic, evolving environments
