Sprinter Health – Product Management /

Hybrid
At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.
We're looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial product manager (PM) to take ownership of the mission-critical automation & efficiency capability across our products and services. This is a role that promises day 1 impact and has an uncapped upper bound on individual trajectory, influence, and development.
About us:
We're building the technology and clinical services stack to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems. With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel that have backed companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.
Your mission, if you choose to accept:
As a Product Manager, Automation, your true north star will be to increase patient access to Sprinter Health services by embedding automation throughout our care delivery, ops, and technology stack.
The complexity of delivering untethered care combined with our rich data and technology foundation and the tens of thousands of annual patient encounters and millions of annual patient engagement touchpoints create the ultimate sandbox for an ambitious product leader to build and iterate with AI and other automation approaches.
Our mission requires building the operating layer for healthcare delivery in the home–reimagining traditional brick-and-mortar processes, and adapting them to be automated, distributed, and in some cases, asynchronous. We're searching for a product leader who can spearhead this transformation.
Some problems you will get to work on:
Scaling Clinical Operations: Match clinical resources with patient demand to improve access to care across the US.
Expanding the Digital Front Door: Automate patient support to make interactions faster, more helpful, and more efficient.
Enabling Partner Self-Service: Provide tools that let partners independently access and use our platform, accelerating their path to value and increasing the number of patients we can support.
Optimizing Logistics: Improve logistics and inventory management to make operations smoother and more reliable.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the strategic level (owning multi-year vision + roadmap), energized by having hands-on optimization levers across some of the most important drivers of patient impact and business performance.
There’s no ceiling for impact or growth in this role and there are additional leadership and management opportunities depending on experience level.
Time to Build!
Justin Larkin, Chief Product Officer
