Engineering Program Manager

Engineering Program Manager (EPM)

Remote ( candidate can be located anywhere in United States but needs to work PST hours )

6 months + possible extension

EPMs should also have sound technical experience coupled with program management excellence experience (and preferably some compliance background).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in project management or program management in a technical environment.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
