The Sr. Director of Product – Workplace Solutions for Drug and Occupational Health Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution for workplace health solutions. This role requires an experienced product leader with a CEO mindset who can define and execute a long-term roadmap, build innovative solutions, and establish strong industry partnerships to drive revenue and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in workplace drug testing, occupational health screening, and regulatory compliance, coupled with a strong ability to engage and manage key industry vendors and partners.
Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for workplace drug and occupational health services, aligning with market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop business cases for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Drive product differentiation through innovation, strategic partnerships, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Industry & Vendor Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry vendors/partners, labs, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Aid in negotiating and managing vendor agreements, ensuring service quality, competitive pricing, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Execution & Go-to-Market Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance, to successfully launch and scale products.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and market impact.
  • Drive adoption, customer engagement, and continuous improvements based on market feedback and analytics.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Impact:
  • Own and manage P&L for the product portfolio, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and establish go-to-market approaches for expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the workplace drug testing and occupational health services.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating partnerships in the healthcare and compliance space.
  • Understanding of industry regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives, partners, and customers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in digital transformation, automation, or technology-driven solutions within occupational health services.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
