The team

The Client Onboarding team is responsible for enhancing the client onboarding journey for individual and corporate accounts to be able to interact with all of our products and services. The team focuses on navigating country-based KYC requirements and building seamless client account verification processes.

The opportunity

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the client onboarding process for Consumer, Business, and Institutional clients

  • Implement solutions for enhancing the identity verification and onboarding processes

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Legal, Regional Operations, Compliance, and Fraud and Risk teams to ensure onboarding processes are compliant and minimize fraud risk

  • Stay abreast of changes in cryptocurrency regulations and contribute to the team's adaptability in this dynamic environment

  • Assist in managing relationships with various ID verification vendors, ensuring the integration of their services is efficient and effective

  • Evaluate new technologies and vendors that can improve the onboarding experience and compliance

  • Analyze onboarding process data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and effectiveness in client activation rates

  • Incorporate client feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding experience

Skills you should HODL

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a role directly related to client onboarding or identity verification

  • Familiarity with global cryptocurrency regulations and compliance standards

  • Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships, particularly in identity verification

  • Proven track record of contributing to process improvements in a team setting

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPM) is a plus
