Agile Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI transformation and Data Analytics projects for our clients.

Role overview 

• Collaborate with both external clients and internal teams.
• Define project goals and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are technically feasible.
• Lead team meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end technology delivery of data analytics projects.
• Implement and promote best practices to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and quality.
• Adapt to project requirements and effectively manage changes.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• The experience and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Previous experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Previous experience working remotely.

What you’ll need to be successful 

• CSM I or II (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent certification 
• Fluency in using Jira for managing projects 
• Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks 
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) would be considered a plus 
• Experience managing technology delivery teams focused on AI, chatbot development, BI, and data science projects.
• Previous experience working in a client-facing project managing role.
• Educational and professional background in the field of computer science, engineering, and data science is preferred.
