What you will do

Vouched is seeking a versatile and proactive Solutions Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role combines elements of technical presales, architecting implementations, and some technical post-sales work as needed; this person will also be responsible for product enablement and training for internal GTM teams and ad-hoc projects such as building internal tools and/or dashboards..

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our AEs with new customer acquisition by serving as the technical product expert throughout the sales processes (opportunity through close) with technical stakeholders, as well as architecting the implementation (which will be managed by our CSMs). You will also have a secondary responsibility of leading technical product and enablement training for our GTM teams.

Technical Pre-Sales Conversations:

    • Act as a partner to the Sales team throughout the sales process (primarily mid market and enterprise customers) to understand customers’ technical and compliance requirements and demonstrate Vouched’s value.
    • Create and provide solutions to potential hurdles related to implementation, compliance, and adoption.
    • As the technical SME throughout the sales process, participate in the process of closing net-new customers.

Implementation & Onboarding:

    • Demonstrate what a potential technical implementation and/or integration of Vouched’s APIs and SDKs will look like to customers.
    • Architect implementations and act as a resource to the CSM team members responsible for managing implementations.
    • Manage all implementations
    • Create clear and use-case-specific documentation to enable successful adoption.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CSM teams to ensure timely go-lives and successful deployments.

Training and Enablement:

    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve documentation, and create scalable enablement resources.
    • Develop training materials and teach others about Vouched’s product capabilities, both internally and externally.
    • Support strategic customer reviews by providing technical insights and recommendations as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer needs and contribute to Vouched’s product evolution.
    • Advocate for customer use cases and ensure feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Act as a support resource to existing high-priority customers as needed
