Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Self-Service Revenue Manager to drive growth and optimize revenue from our self-service channels. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that enhance self-serve customer acquisition, engagement, and monetization within our self-service products. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to deliver a seamless customer experience tailored to a developer-focused audience.
What You’ll Do
- Own an Self-Serve Revenue Target: You will be responsible for the annual Self-Serve Revenue target.
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow self-service revenue fully owning a revenue target.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with product, UX, and lifecycle marketing teams to enhance the end-to-end user experience in self-service, focusing on optimizing conversion, upsell opportunities, and customer retention.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Plan and execute tests to improve conversion rates across the customer journey, using data-driven insights to refine self-service flows and in-product messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns, with product on feature prioritization, and with data teams on analytics setup and insights.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly monitor KPIs related to self-service performance, including acquisition, activation, engagement, and churn, to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor self-service strategies to keep our approach innovative and aligned with best practices.
- Process and Tool Optimization: Evaluate tools and processes to streamline workflows, implement automation where possible, and ensure scalability.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue growth, program management, or related roles in a SaaS or developer-focused company.
- Strong experience with self-service revenue channels, conversion optimization, and customer journey improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with tools such as Heap and Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering.
- Familiarity with the developer ecosystem or experience with developer-focused products is preferred.

The US base salary range for this role is $130,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
