About the Team
The Workflows Module is the key component of HighLevel’s automation engine, enabling agencies and businesses to create powerful, automated workflows that enhance efficiency, save time, and improve outcomes. By integrating with multiple product areas within the HighLevel platform, the Workflows Module empowers users to streamline processes, nurture leads, and manage tasks seamlessly.

As part of the team, you’ll work on improving existing capabilities within workflows, conceptualizing new workflow features, and delivering solutions that drive adoption, activation, and business growth. The team is committed to optimizing user experience, increasing efficiency, and helping customers get the most value out of HighLevel.

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager 1 to join the Workflows Team. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual who is passionate about automation and SaaS products. As a PM, you will help build impactful features and refine existing capabilities in the Workflows Module, making it easier for users to automate complex business processes.
You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand user pain points, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless execution. You will play a critical role in driving product success by leveraging data, user insights, and collaborative teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

- Enhancing the Workflows Module to improve usability, flexibility, and effectiveness for HighLevel customers.
- Designing and implementing new workflow actions and triggers to expand automation possibilities and improve efficiency.
- Optimizing existing workflows, ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
- Managing ad-hoc workflow feature requests, tracking, prioritizing, and ensuring timely execution of essential updates.
- Collaborating with other product teams (CRM, Reporting, Payments, AI, and Integrations) to ensure seamless cross-functional workflow improvements.
- Validating new workflow features by gathering user feedback at the wireframe, mockup, and beta stages to refine and iterate effectively.
- Working closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality workflow improvements.
- Tracking performance metrics to identify usability bottlenecks, adoption trends, and areas for optimization.
- Staying updated on industry trends in automation, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms to drive innovation within workflows.

Your Core Skills
- Passionate about building intuitive and scalable workflow automation solutions
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Product Management
- Software Development
- SaaS Product Marketing
- Sales of a software product or service
- Understanding of product development lifecycle and experience working on SaaS products.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret user behavior, identify pain points, and optimize workflow functionalities.
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward.
- Deep understanding of automation tools and workflow best practices to enhance user experience.
- Ability to deconstruct complex software experiences and highlight good UX from bad UX.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign, or similar) is a plus.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Indicative Interview Process

Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 60 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.
Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.
Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.
Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.
Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
