Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of our API, webhook, and report scheduling products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and client success, to ensure that our services deliver scalable, reliable solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to execution and post-launch analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for APIs, webhooks, and report scheduling services to meet business objectives and client needs.
  • Feature Prioritization: Define, review feature requests, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and timelines for delivering new features and capabilities.
  • API and Integration Management: Lead the development of scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs that enable seamless third-party integration with internal and external platforms.
  • Webhook Infrastructure: Oversee the design and enhancement of real-time webhook services to deliver data and event notifications reliably at scale.
  • Report Scheduling and Data Services: Manage features related to scheduling and delivering large-scale reports via FTP, SFTP, and similar protocols to meet enterprise-level data consumption requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand use cases, gather feedback, and prioritize features.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including uptime, API usage, integration adoption, and SLA compliance.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all services comply with relevant security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and understand pain points, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products or platforms with a focus on APIs, webhooks, data services.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap planning in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and pain points.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and solving complex problems to deliver impactful solutions.
