Maximus is looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead product strategy, drive innovation across multiple product lines including consumer, growth, internal systems (including our EMR) and manage our product team. This role requires a strategic, high-impact leader who can shape the future of our platform, scale new offerings, and improve patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth, retention, and operational efficiency.

  • Own the product roadmap across multiple product areas: consumer, growth, and internal systems (EMR, patient workflows, automation).

  • Oversee end-to-end development of new product offerings, ensuring they are scalable, financially viable, and enhance patient outcomes.

  • Drive experimentation and iteration to refine offerings based on market demand, data insights, and business impact.

  • Partner with Marketing to align product development with acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

  • Optimize checkout, onboarding, and engagement flows to improve conversion, LTV, and monetization.

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and test pricing strategies and new revenue models.

  • Oversee EMR enhancements, clinical integrations, and automation tools to streamline internal operations.

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement product-driven solutions to improve the experience for patients and providers.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing product team, defining KPIs and success metrics to ensure business impact.

  • Establish agile development processes, ensuring fast, iterative product cycles and cross-functional collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of product experience, specifically in a leadership role, at a high-growth company (healthtech, subscription, or consumer services preferred).

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new products while managing complex product roadmaps.

  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making, experimentation & A/B testing, and analytics to optimize performance.

  • Experience overseeing internal systems, including EMRs, patient workflows, and automation tools is a nice to have

  • Expertise in subscription models, monetization strategies, and engagement mechanics.

  • Experience leading a product team while also being hands-on in execution.
