Job Description

24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Project Manager- Global Marketing Operations for this remote position. This is a 4 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Ideal Candidate: will have a bachelor's degree and at least 4+ years of relevant experience and is highly skilled in using Workfront.

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you would be responsible for project management from brief approval, planning, implementation, and execution of all Global Direct to Consumer Creative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage marketing campaign brief process

• Manage Direct to Consumer (primarily Digital) Marketing business initiatives, starting with the planning and implementation of briefs.

• Review and process briefs, ensure briefs meet requirements (e.g. clear business objectives, budget, list of all required creative support, guidance on regional variance).

• Support Marketing to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned to channel deliverables.

• Facilitate Management review and approval process.

• Own campaign management integration and communication with cross-functional project teams

• Manage Project Plans

• Establishing and adjusting the timing and action as the projects unfolds.

• Utilize skills to streamline creative timelines, encourage efficient workstreams and clearly relay the actions required to complete the project.

• Manage external and internal agencies / creative partners

• Manage project-based agency relationships (internal & external partners) including, schedule management, and approvals.

• Drive creative development and execution, on time and on budget.

• Facilitate creative development, review and delivery

• Conduct weekly meetings to ensure alignment on creative content throughout the creative development and go to market process

• Constantly monitor and report on progress to all project stakeholders, including Innovation & Marketing Leadership.

• Create, update and track all projects within Workfront.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years of relatable experience.

• Creative or account management experience within an agency, brand or category marketing organization.

• Direct work experience within a creative & project management capacity.

• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

• Experience with Workfront software a plus.

• Experience leading projects with many cross-functional partners and a proven ability to coordinate diverse personalities.

• Proven experience leading high visibility projects.

• Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.

• Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines

• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with a Go To Market (GTM) process would be beneficial.

• Experience within the retail/sport/apparel industries proves is preferred.
