Business Summary:
The Visa Direct platform is experiencing tremendous double-digit growth as we expand our money-movement solutions and use-cases, while continuing to grow our robust range of payment solutions for financial institutions and commercial clients. The Centre of Excellence (COE) plays a critical role in driving this growth and accelerating revenue growth through leading product solution activities for all Visa Direct products including Cards, Accounts, Wallets, B2BConnect and VXBS (Cross Border Solutions).

The role of Senior Manager Product Solutions, is crucial in helping clients scoping, solution, and deploy Visa Direct products, contributing to the platform's success and expansion. This hub-based role will report to the Head of the Centre of Excellence (COE) in CEMEA. It is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payments, contributing to one of the primary growth pillars in the CEMEA business

Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Individuals, Small Businesses, Middle Market, Large Corporate clients and Governments. We work closely with financial institutions, issuers, buyers, suppliers, fintechs, processors, ERP providers, and other ecosystem players to deliver these services.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, this role will focus on: Client facing product solutioning for Visa Direct
- Lead solutioning for Visa Direct money movement capabilities end to end from tech-presales, solution design to successful integration of Visa Direct products and support them through pilot and commercial launch.
- Drive Product solution workshops for the clients’ nature and environment and provide consulting and guiding prospects to clients on how to best use and ingest Visa products and services into their operational workflows.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on Visa Direct API’s (Card, Account, Wallet, Visa+, B2B connect & VXBS) along with settlement, liquidity, operational flow etc. and develop ability to explain concepts to clients.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients to help accelerate solution design and readiness to adopt new product platform features
- Be an onboarding lead and assist clients on integrating with Visa systems. Identify gaps and opportunities for solution completeness to help deliver best in class money movement solutions.
- Up to date with product enhancements & walkthrough clients on those services and create a persuasive narrative for them to adopt & implement those services.
- Engage with multiple client teams (Business, Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations) and make a compelling case for the solution. This will require challenging issuing and acquiring financial institutions, originators, third party processors and strategic partners to make a strong case for change within the client organizations. You will drive client decision making through production of tailored presentations and client analysis.
- In collaboration with other teams, manage overall client onboarding and implementation with clients through to support their program launch. Work with cross functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan.
- Work closely with the sales & account managers to plan and manage the client’s integration strategy, schedule, and deadlines.
- Continuous improvements and contribution to Center Of Excellence (COE) for product industrialization.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels (including executive leadership).
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
