Vice President Operations

The Company:

Our client is a healthcare services provider that has been proudly servicing the Dallas area for over 20 years. They are looking for a full-time direct hire VP of Healthcare Operations to join their team for $130K-$145K. This position is remote / hybrid located in the Dallas Area.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Healthcare Operations will be a visionary leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations, particularly in managing physician practices. They will have strong P&L accountability, a focus on quality improvement, and expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders. The VP will oversee daily operations, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A Master's degree and significant experience in healthcare operations are required.

The Expectations:

• Provide leadership and direction for physician practices, implementing a comprehensive vision for the future of the operations.
• P&L Accountability and Responsibility
• Daily Volume Reporting & Follow ups, Provider Productivity & Follow ups and Daily Ancillary (Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Annual Wellness Visits) Reporting & Follow ups
• Reporting and Action Planning in Monthly Operating Reviews
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, Hospitals, Buildings, Payors.
• Collaborates with Recruiters on Provider Open Positions
• Owns contracting process for Medical Directorships, Nurse Practitioner Models, and Assisted Living Models
• In collaboration with Recruiting, owns On-boarding process and Provider Retention
• Leads and Manages Practice Employees
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs, policies, and protocols.
• Oversee physician practices governance structures and processes to maintain professional standards of practice, safety and quality.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient care to all patients.
• Translate efforts in quality, safety and care to Value Based Care and Pay for performance results.
• Oversee performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in developing and managing the physician practices budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in physician practices and implement strategies to leverage these advancements.

The Vice President of Operations is a leadership position responsible for upholding the profitability and values of the organization by leading business operations. This role requires a visionary and experienced leader with a passion for physician practices and a proven track record of success in improving quality, engagement, and efficiency. The Vice President works in a partnership with Physician Leaders to lead Physician Practices.

Experience and Education:

• Masters Degree - REQUIRED
• Healthcare operations experience REQUIRED
