Link Solutions is seeking an IT Enterprise Program Manager to join our team in support of the US Army's Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

  • Must be a US Citizen  
  • Requires a Secret Clearance 
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available) 

As the IT Enterprise Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall program operations service as the on-site representative responsible for day-to-day oversight and successful execution of all tasks and deliverables. You will be critical in maintaining the performance, availability, and mission alignment of enterprise-wide web services and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, DoD, and Army-specific IT regulations.
  • Manage and supervise contractor personnel across all functional areas, including system administration, software development, web design, database administration, and helpdesk support.
  • Serve as the liaison to the Government representatives, ensuring continuous communication and alignment of service delivery.
  • Ensure proper reporting, deliverable submission, and incident response documentation outlined in the PWS.
  • Conduct and document recurring meetings, progress reviews, and participate in stakeholder briefings.
