We’re looking for a Head of Product Operations to lead our wonderful Product Operations team which focuses on delivering impact in the following three areas:
Make it data-driven. We help Product teams quickly find the biggest opportunities by surrounding them with essential inputs for data-driven decision making
Make it streamlined. We reduce friction across Product planning, reporting and the product life cycle (including go to market), so teams can move quickly in delivering products our customers love
Widen the opportunity space. We help drive innovation and make sure the Product function is aware of key data insights and market trends when creating strategy and planning for the next two years and beyond
Your primary users will be Product Managers and Product Leadership, but users also include other departments such as Sales and Marketing. Key responsibilities
As Head of Product Operations, you will be accountable for the running, operational delivery and overall output of the Product Operations team. This involves:
Overseeing all projects and supporting the Product Analysts in delivering high-quality, high-impact outcomes
Measuring impact, ensuring our KPIs are monitored each cycle and that we’re measuring the right things
Working with the Product Analysts, Product Managers and Product Leadership to generate project ideas and prioritise work each cycle
Personally leading larger projects and making sure they deliver value to the business
Line managing our four Product Analysts, running one-to-ones, supporting with their development and generally contributing to the health of the team
Working with other departments such as Data Science, User Research, Marketing and Sales, to identify opportunities for improving ways of working cross-functionally
