Marketing CRM Engineer Manager and Product Owner

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
  • 7-10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Marketing CRM technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer
  • environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving, solution definition, and root cause analysis & presentation.
  • Experience in defining, integrating and driving recommendations for CRM data models, and improving user experience by interpreting data and automating
  • decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in SFMC AMPscript and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
  • 7-10+ years demonstrable experience designing and deploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data products leveraging tools like MS Cloud Services, Expert user of Tableau, CRM Analytics, Sigma, Snowflake, or SFMC SQL.
  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
  • 3+ year demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.
  • Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
  • Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
