About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Tech Lead to spearhead the technical development and evolution of IntelliKYC. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge features while ensuring the product remains secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IntelliKYC development team.
• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the product.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the software.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
• Product Development:Collaborate with the product manager to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement new features and enhancements for IntelliKYC.
• Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Team Management:Mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Security and Compliance:Ensure the product meets the highest security standards and complies with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Implement security best practices and conduct regular security audits.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Expertise in relevant technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Experience with KYC/AML regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
