Our platform connects people with local councils, utilities, and other service providers to create cleaner, safer, and more efficient communities.

We’re a growing SaaS company with a passionate, product-led team. We embrace a fast-moving, collaborative culture, and we’re looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to help shape our experience across web, mobile, and email.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll work across the full design lifecycle—from discovery to high-fidelity design and iteration—but don’t worry if you haven’t had deep exposure to every stage; we can support your growth. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless, user-friendly
experience across multiple channels. Snap Send Solve has huge growth potential, and we have big ideas for the future of the platform. We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, passionate about building high-impact products, and obsessed with quality design execution.

What You’ll Do

● Design Multi-Channel Experiences – Work across native mobile (iOS & Android), web, and email, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience.
● Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape solutions that solve real user problems.
● Leverage and Contribute to Design Systems – Maintain consistency by using and evolving our design system.
● Prototype & Test Ideas – Rapidly test and iterate designs through wireframes, prototypes, and usability sessions.
● Support GTM & Launch Efforts – Work with the team to ensure smooth rollouts and gather insights post-launch.
● Champion Remote Collaboration – Work effectively in a distributed team, contributing to an inclusive and open design culture.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience in SaaS Design – Previous experience working in a SaaS environment (bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup).
● Multi-Channel Design Expertise – Strong skills in designing for mobile, web, and email.
● Design Systems Knowledge – Comfortable working with and contributing to design systems.
● Full Design Lifecycle Exposure – Experience in discovery, concepting, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and iteration (some gaps are fine—we’ll support you).
● Great Remote Communication – Ability to work asynchronously, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
● Strong Tooling Skills – Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
●Passion for High-Quality Execution – A strong eye for detail and a commitment to crafting best-in-class user experiences.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

● Experience in user research and discovery work.
● Familiarity with product analytics tools to track design impact.
● Experience with accessibility best practices.
● Knowledge of Generative AI Tools – Understanding of how GenAI can enhance the design lifecycle, with a passion for championing these tools internally.
