The Role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Creative Strategist & Media Buyer who thrives wearing multiple hats — from identifying high-performing creatives to optimizing media campaigns and building scalable affiliate strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can merge creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

  • Analyze existing Meta creative assets to identify the most promising videos for TikTok Shop campaigns
  • Create compelling briefs for affiliates to drive authentic, high-performing content
  • Research trending TikTok content and develop new creative angles based on performance data
  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and TikTok’s ecosystem

Media Buying & Optimization

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop ad campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage ad budgets effectively across multiple client accounts
  • Run A/B tests on different creatives and targeting strategies
  • Make data-backed decisions to continuously improve campaign performance

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with affiliates, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop advertising and affiliate marketing
