Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.


What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Global Partnerships team and the Partner Account Managers to build joint messaging and produce bespoke co-marketing activations with your portfolio of partners.
  • Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with a portfolio of our top partners
  • Execute market co-marketing plans and activities (e.g. joint campaigns, co-branded webinars, social events, etc.) to create a sales pipeline with and through partners.
  • Integrate partners into Anaconda-led campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams. 
  • Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities and share learnings with the rest of the team to identify the most impactful levers to drive customer acquisition with technology partners

What You Need:

  • 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Experience working with Marketplace, VAR, Disti, Hyperscalers and/or Alliance partnerships
  • Comfortable with technical details and principles around Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
  • Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across different regions
  • Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience shaping joint messaging with partners
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
  • Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once; you’re a master juggler and don’t let it get the best of you
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data

The US base salary range for this role is $119,213-$177,375 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.


Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
