Senior Email Marketing Specialist

About Us:

We are a fast-growing tech company with three innovative products: Zeew.eu, Stunning.so, and WhatTheAI.tech. We’re looking for a seasoned email marketing professional to join our team and help us scale our outbound email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for our products.

- Set up and manage email infrastructure (domains, email addresses, deliverability).

- Design and implement action-based email flows (e.g., re-engagement, milestone triggers).

- Create and optimize email sequences for onboarding, activation, and retention.

- Manage lead generation and segmentation strategies.

- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.

- Proven track record of setting up email systems from scratch.

- Expertise in tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of behavioral triggers and customer lifecycle management.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with SaaS or tech products.

- Knowledge of A/B testing and email deliverability best practices.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring.
