Senior Marketing Analytics Manager (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Go-To-Market Operations team. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about transforming marketing data into meaningful insights that drive business success. You will have a unique opportunity to lead initiatives that optimize marketing performance across various channels, contributing significantly to our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the marketing technology stack and manage system integrations to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Construct and present comprehensive analytics reports using advanced tools such as Sigma and Salesforce (SFDC) to measure marketing impact.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor activities across marketing, sales, and partner channels.
  • Create customized reports that provide insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all marketing performance reporting.
  • Oversee multi-touch attribution processes, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Finance teams to enhance insights into the customer journey.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to various internal stakeholders, including executives.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with the overall Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Work closely with IT, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.

Required Skills

  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analytics, with a strong emphasis on marketing performance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Sigma, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Excel; familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, or Domo is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution models and analyzing the effectiveness of cross-channel marketing efforts.
  • Strong grasp of marketing technology ecosystems and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A solid background in Business Operations, SaaS, or Management Consulting is preferable.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and a strong analytical mindset are required.

Compensation And Benefits
