Position Title: Installed Base Field Marketing Manager - Remote | WFH
Overview
Join our innovative team as an Installed Base Field Marketing Manager, where you will lead strategic marketing efforts aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving growth within our established customer base. This role will require collaboration across multiple departments, including Customer Success, Customer Advocacy & Engagement, Account Management, and Marketing, to develop a cohesive strategy that fosters customer loyalty and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost customer engagement and drive growth.
- Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Account Management, and various marketing teams to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives tailored to key client accounts.
- Leverage a combination of digital marketing campaigns, live events, and personalized experiences to strengthen customer relationships.
- Measure and analyze the success of marketing initiatives utilizing ABM analytics tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer advocacy and explore expansion opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and manage external vendors to guarantee outstanding program outcomes.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or customer-focused marketing within the B2B technology sector.
- Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and customer growth methodologies.
- Proven track record of creating and executing multifaceted marketing programs across various channels (events, digital, email, paid social, direct mail, webinars, etc.).
- Proficient in utilizing marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, and Asana.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
