MDaudit Enterprise, our flagship revenue integrity software platform, enables organizations to reduce compliance risk, risk monitoring, and built-in analytics and benchmarking capabilities while maximizing revenue – all in a single, integrated cloud-based platform. We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a completely remote company!
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for setting marketing strategy and crafting the value proposition messaging and corresponding market narrative, for products (modules) and major releases that comprise the MDaudit portfolio. This position will draw on market insights and analysis, as well as operational direction set by product general management, to synthesize marketing plans aimed at driving organic growth. You will be the primary marketing strategist for Upsell to existing clients and accountable for execution and helping achieve growth through utilization and additional revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with leaders and team members from Product and Client Success, as well as the Demand Generation Manager to identify opportunities to design and execute campaigns promoting MDaudit’s products within key target segments, in order to win market share and position MDaudit as a leader in the industry.
You have experience in a variety of product marketing functions, including messaging and positioning, product launch, pricing and packaging, competitive analysis and market insights. You've worked with customer-facing teams to enable them to speak to products and vision and incorporate the customer's voice into all that we do. You know how to position a portfolio of solutions, differentiate with insights from market and competitive intelligence, and are well-versed in SaaS sales models. You are able to manage the complexity associated with a company growing rapidly and integrating new products. You are a strong collaborator and partner for multiple go-to-market teams and know how to influence and drive priorities across leadership teams.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Marketing strategy and execution wherever it can positively impact MDaudit’s lead generation and growth trajectory
- Collaborate across the organization: You'll be a key partner to our Product organization, as well as our Sales & Client Success teams.
- Plan and execute product/feature launches that include detailed timelines and seamless cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Track product webinar metrics and provide to Product organization
- Define our overall portfolio and individual product positioning, with insightful segmentation of customers and prospects, and corresponding target personas, that help sharpen marketing / sales messages and calls-to-action. Where applicable, set the integration path for newly developed products and solutions.
- Partner with our Product team, incorporating insights from the market, to help build a product marketing roadmap that addresses user and buyer needs.
- Work cross-functionally to set develop the best GTM strategies for upsell, collaborate with Demand generation lead on campaign tactics and execution, set proper timelines and KPIs, and coordinate marketing launch plans across appropriate channels.
- Participate in Product meetings, customer advisory calls and become knowledgeable with the MDaudit platform, modules, users and value creation.
- Partner with Sales, Strategy and Finance to set financial targets for new product launches.
- Partner with Product on the packaging / naming strategy for our products and ensure a holistic strategy that maximizes value for our customers and the company.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform product roadmap, marketing strategy, and messaging. Partner with analysts, thought leaders, and cross-functional teams (Executive, Sales, Product & Engineering, Communications, and Customer Success) to gain a deeper understanding of the market, our customers, and our competitors-influencing our marketing initiatives and product direction.
- Collaborate with other functional areas to drive brand awareness and sharpen positioning, both for integrated solutions and individual modules.
- Develop and manage resources to position, sell, and renew our solutions, in close partnership with our Sales and Client Success, and Enablement teams.
- Create tools and messaging that can be utilized in all marketing and sales communications, including client interactions and upsell opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of SaaS portfolio marketing, with experience creating messaging and GTM strategies for multiple audiences, products and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization - influence stakeholders, drive alignment across functions, and build/manage a high-performance team.
- Experience creating messaging frameworks and writing/editing communications that include e-mails, press releases, and website copy.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS Sales and Client Success teams, and deep understanding of buyers, influencers, and decision makers, including the complete sales and renewal cycle for large and small companies
- Metrics focus, with knowledge of how to measure and evaluate metrics for pre and post product /campaign launches, with focus on specific measures of impact for the Product Marketing team.
- The ability to manage complexity and competing priorities, including the interpersonal skills to have tough conversations with the leadership of internal client organizations (e.g., Product) to resolve prioritization dilemmas
- The ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve consistent results
- Experience marketing technology to B2B healthcare customer segments, specifically providers such as hospitals and health systems, large physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers
- Experience in a small to mid-market, high growth organization a plus
- Proven excellence in relationship-building at all organizational levels
- Experience in mentoring and coaching employees and developing top talent into proven performers
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience using data to guide decision-making and crafting compelling narratives.
Qualifications Required:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Strong in analytics and data-driven decision-making
- 5 -7 years+ of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS space with some healthcare exposure - driving product marketing strategies that include messaging, sales enablement, pricing & packaging, market insights, and new product or version launches
