What we are looking for

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive B2B growth through strategic paid campaigns and ABM initiatives. You'll optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies while managing marketing automation and analyzing user behavior to achieve growth targets. Success requires 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, deep expertise in paid platforms, and proven ability to execute data-driven ABM campaigns.

This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns, testing new strategies, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

As our Performance Marketing Lead, you'll:

  • Drive acquisition strategy and execution across key B2B channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to achieve growth targets
  • Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns, working closely with sales to identify and engage high-value accounts
  • Own full-funnel optimization using tools like Hotjar to analyze user behavior and implement data-driven improvements
  • Create and optimize multi-channel campaign strategies, including landing pages, ad creative, and personalized content for target accounts
  • Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads and track account engagement
  • Develop scalable processes for creative production and campaign management across channels

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record in demand generation and ABM campaigns
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B targeting and account-based strategies
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Experience in creating and executing successful ABM campaigns, including account selection, personalization, and multi-channel orchestration
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-converting landing pages and marketing creative at scale
  • Proficient in design tools like Canva and Figma for creating targeted campaign assets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and ROI measurement
  • Excellence in remote collaboration and cross-functional communication
  • Experience with marketing automation and proven ability to build effective nurture campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
