Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Strategist to take charge of our marketing initiatives and automation systems with an expertise in Go High Level. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to enhance our marketing efforts and streamline processes.

Our client is a full-service accounting firm that specializes in helping businesses of all sizes navigate the complexities of taxes and finances. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including CFO support, 0bookkeeping, tax advisory, and accounting. Their goal is to assist clients in reducing tax liabilities, increasing profits, and focusing more on their core business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong understanding of automation workflows, lead generation funnels, and CRM management.
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar supportive role is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze and report on them.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the business owner.
Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills
- Proficient in managing and optimizing processes within GHL.
- Skilled in creating and managing automated workflows.
- Experience with Apolo for sales engagement and automation.
- Ability to design, execute, and send email campaign
- Developing effective follow-up strategies to engage potential clients.
- Creating and managing content for email campaigns and LinkedIn posts.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization and marketing to complement email and content strategies.

- Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.
