Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy.
• Conducting market analysis within our industry and evaluating our competitors.
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones across various channels, including PPC, targeted advertising, social media, SEO, and more.
• Building and managing our internal marketing team.
• Managing marketing contractors and media partners.
• Enhancing marketing processes and technologies, including the implementation of modern marketing tools and platforms.
• Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analysing their results.
• Developing and testing new hypotheses to improve current marketing performance.
• Planning the marketing budget and ensuring its adherence.

Our expectations:

• Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing
• Experience with analytics (Google Analytics) and the ability to analyse the results of marketing campaigns
• English C1
• Good German - nice to have
