About Digital Shots: Digital Shots is a fast-growing Go-to-Market (GTM) agency specializing in SaaS, eCommerce, and similar industries. We partner with innovative brands to drive their growth through effective marketing strategies, sales enablement, and project management. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing, Sales, and Project Manager Specialist to join our team and support the expansion of our clients’ businesses.
Job Overview: As a Marketing, Sales, and Project Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, supporting sales activities, and overseeing client projects from inception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between teams, delivering results for clients, and optimizing project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for SaaS and eCommerce clients.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, prospect outreach, and client conversion strategies.
- Manage CRM systems and track sales pipelines to ensure lead conversion and sales growth.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal teams (marketing, sales, design, development) to meet client expectations.
- Implement project management best practices to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their feedback and ensuring alignment with overall strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on marketing and sales performance, and project status to clients and internal teams.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or project management role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce industries.
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
