Our international team operates entirely remotely, and we’re eager to expand by adding a B2B Marketing Project Manager to our CMO services team.

About the Role:

As we continue to broaden our portfolio and market influence, we are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Project Manager who can lead end-to-end, ROI-driven campaigns and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategy and decision-making. You’ll work closely with sales, development, and customer success teams to ensure deliverables are executed on time and align with each stage of the SaaS customer lifecycle, tailoring marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and advocacy. This role requires both a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, including the latest trends and best practices. Typical Project Types:

  • End-to-end, ROI-focused marketing campaigns
  • SaaS product and feature launches aligned with the customer lifecycle
  • Tradeshow and conference management
  • B2B communications including sales enablement tool creation, social media, and both paid and organic initiatives
  • WordPress website builds

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years managing B2B marketing projects from start to finish, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • ROI and KPI Focus: Demonstrated ability to run ROI-driven campaigns and interpret KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Client Management: Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management, including budgeting, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS products, the B2B SaaS landscape, and the full SaaS customer lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with sales, development, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth handoffs.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms and leveraging them to manage campaigns, track leads, and generate reports.
  • Trend Awareness: Keen awareness of industry trends and best practices in SaaS and B2B marketing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging tailored to a SaaS audience and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including offshore teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for anticipating challenges and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
