Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Agency Hiring Manager & Recruiter. The Hiring Manager & Recruiter will be responsible for managing the hiring process, developing recruitment strategies, and onboarding new employees. This includes identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the highest service quality through effective training and communication. The role requires constant collaboration with different departments to meet the hiring needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring specifically for agency related roles such as media buyers, growth marketing specialists, designers, etc.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English skills
- Excellent Communication and Service Quality skills
- Experience in Training new hires
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
