Job Description
The Growth Marketing Manager at Pagepro is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth through lead generation, campaign management, and data-driven optimization.
This role manages and optimizes the entire marketing funnel, from initial awareness to SQL conversion, while ensuring strong alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives. The role also involves maintaining the company's position as a React ecosystem expert.
Salary: 12.000 - 15.000 PLN net per month (B2B)

MAIN KPIs
- SQLs (sales-qualified leads) Generated Value from NB
- Campaign ROI and Performance Metrics
Growth Strategy Development and Execution
- Design and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals to generate sales-qualified leads
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, content)
- Develop and optimize lead generation processes to increase SQL pipeline volume
- Manage the marketing budget effectively for maximum ROI
- Ensure all marketing efforts contribute directly to generating sales-qualified leads
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI
- Work closely with the Outreach Expert to align strategies
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at capturing high-intent leads
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths
- Manage content creation and distribution strategy to support SQLs generation
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation
Content and Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance Pagepro's position as a React ecosystem expert
- Oversee content creation (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers)
- Manage the company website and ensure it reflects our value proposition
- Coordinate with subject matter experts for technical content
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software/IT services
- Proven track record in generating SQLs through marketing campaigns
- Strong experience with digital marketing & analytics tools (Google Analytics & Google Search Console)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)
- Attention to details
- Experience with content management systems
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of graphic editors and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of a cloud web and mobile testing platform - Browserstack.
- Knowledge of how to create, edit and collaborate with others on documents using Google Docs.
- SCRUM certificate and others.
