The Role – What You’ll Own & Dominate
- Create, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
- Execute and scale international, multi-currency campaigns while maximizing efficiency.
- Own and allocate ad budgets with precision, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Develop winning funnels & landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Leverage AI & automation tools to streamline bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Work with our in-house creative team to produce high-converting ad assets.
- Dive deep into data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights that shape company decisions.
About You – The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of Google Ads experience, ideally in high-growth e-commerce.
- Proven success in multi-currency, international ad campaigns.
- Master of numbers—you love data, analyzing performance, and making decisions based on results.
- Performance-driven mindset—you’re obsessed with lowering CPAs, increasing ROAS, and scaling revenue.
- Strategic thinker—you understand the bigger picture, from customer journey mapping to full-funnel marketing.
- Autonomous & proactive—you take ownership and don’t need hand-holding.
- Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) is a bonus but not required.
