Director, Marketing Science

AI connect are exclusively partnering with a bespoke media consultancy who are looking to hire a strategic Director level position within their leadership team. We are looking to speak with Director level Analytics (MMM) candidates who will lead on key international accounts and implement the wider company strategy in North America.

Role responsibilities/ experience required:

  • You will lead on key accounts and be the main point of contact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally when it comes to Market Mix Modelling
  • Consult with clients on strategic decisions based on data driven information.
  • Lead, manage and grow a team of analysts (insight, econometrics, marketing effectiveness)
  • Identify and partner with external measurement vendors and third parties.
  • 7+ years’ experience within Analytics, specifically within marketing analytics, marketing effectiveness, MMM
  • Support executive leadership team in the region with proposals, pitches and presentations for both current and prospective clients
  • Experience managing teams, specifically being able to coach junior/ mid analysts and train them to lead projects effectively.
  • Previous experience with SQL and (Python or R)
  • Expert knowledge of different measurement and media campaign management strategies and technologies
