Job Description

Position: B2B Marketing Manager (Contract - Remote)

Overview

We are in search of a talented B2B Marketing Manager on a contractual basis to become an integral part of our marketing team. Your focus will be on executing strategic sales enablement, content marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives. In collaboration with our business development team, you will provide essential resources and support to facilitate effective deal closures. You will also spearhead key B2B marketing programs, which include the creation of content and collateral, field marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales support materials including pitch decks, case studies, and FAQs to empower the sales team.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with our company’s value proposition and messaging strategy.
  • Partner with the sales team to keep them informed of product offerings, messaging updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to B2B marketing efforts, encompassing field marketing events, thought leadership content, and ABM campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Development teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, or go-to-market (GTM) program management.
  • Strong project management abilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in B2B copywriting, content strategy, or messaging development.
  • Basic skills in graphic design and presentation software (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint).
  • Capability to conduct competitive analysis and develop effective sales playbooks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months (March - May), with the potential for extension.
