Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Campaign Manager to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B campaign strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Establish campaign objectives, key performance indicators.
  • Develop compelling messaging and creative assets tailored to different audience segments.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign materials, including digital ads, emails, social media content, direct mail, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines ((KPIs), and success metrics.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign strategies.


What You Need:

  • Proven experience managing successful campaigns in a B2B, software/technology space.
  • Understanding of the Economical buyer and their buyers journey.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and analytics tools

The US base salary range for this role is $79,900 - $119,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.


Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
