Please note, this position can be performed from any of our US hubs (Chicago, San Francisco, New York City). This is a remote-first position that requires domestic and international travel on a semi-regular basis.
About the role:
The Senior Events Manager role at Culture Amp is a key driver of our brand presence and customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact, immersive event experiences across North America, EMEA, and APAC. By leading our global and Tier 1 event strategy, you will help strengthen customer relationships, drive measurable business impact, and enhance our brand. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the US, UK, and Australia to ensure alignment and success.
What you'll do:
- Global & Tier 1 Events Strategy - Develop and implement an events strategy that aligns with company and regional objectives, driving new business pipeline, customer engagement, and retention
- End-to-End Event Execution - Oversee the planning, production, and execution of flagship events, ensuring seamless content development, design, AV, logistics, agency and vendor partnerships, and promotional strategies
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, creative, product marketing, global demand generation, sales, customer experience, finance, and legal to align events with broader GTM initiatives and business objectives
- Performance & ROI Measurement - Track lead generation, revenue influence, and customer engagement, using insights to optimize future event strategies
- Financial & Sponsorship Management - Own and optimize event budgets, identify sponsorship opportunities, and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize ROI
- Scalability & Process Optimization - Develop scalable frameworks and workflows to drive operational efficiency and enable seamless event execution across regions
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to key internal stakeholders, ensuring events contribute meaningfully to Culture Amp’s brand, growth, and community-building efforts
- Innovation & Experimentation - Continuously refine event formats (in-person and virtual), engagement tactics, and attendee experiences to enhance impact

What you'll need:
The minimum qualifications for this role are…
- 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS event management experience, with a focus on mid- to large-scale global events that drive lead generation, sales acceleration, and customer retention
- Deep expertise in event design, sponsorships, budgeting, agency management, and ROI measurement
- Proficiency in marketing and event technologies such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Hubspot, Splash, Outreach and Vitally
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$120,000 - $130,000 USD
