About The Role
Thrasio is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to support the execution of growth strategies for bedding brands on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for multiple bedding brands
- Partner with the Director, Bedding to set strategy and execute on growth objectives across multiple channels
- Analyze retail metrics (revenue, profit, traffic, conversion rate, market share, etc.) to assess results and identify opportunities to improve and optimize performance, drive down costs / fees, capture additional market share, and grow Thrasio’s presence in the bedding category on Amazon.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and drive conversion rate of brands including: price optimization, marketing, packaging, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, removing unprofitable products and more
- Partner with the Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Affiliate, and Influencer team members to create optimal pricing & performance marketing strategies for bedding brands on Amazon.
- Create business plans outlining all strategic opportunities for your brand portfolio, associated costs, timelines, and resources required to achieve a successful outcome
- Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your brands are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, retail requirements, Amazon marketplace rule changes, etc)
- Create and execute on promotional calendars
- Partner with Buying/Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Data Science & Analytics team members to develop and refine sales forecasts and ensure inventory remains in-stock
- Be the primary voice of the customer for bedding brands, monitoring feedback and implementing changes to ensure that we continue to delight our customer base and reach new customers
What You Bring To The Party
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Amazon Selling Expertise: 8+ years of consumer product goods experience growing brands on Amazon
- Proven results growing a category and expanding into new channels
- Experience owning a category P&L, or multiple brand P&Ls
- Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven brand building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box. Ability to build new processes through systems-based thinking
- A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
- Ability to handle aggressive deadlines, prioritize work, and move fast in an often ambiguous environment
- Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people

We believe that all employees should be paid fairly and equitably. As of the time of this posting, the expected base annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000. (For non-exempt roles, this reflects the expected base annual “salary” as calculated by the base hourly wage multiplied by the expected number of hours worked over a one year period, excluding any overtime and premiums.) The actual base annual salary will be based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the base annual salary range information set forth above is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed above may reflect that breadth. If offered a position, the actual base annual salary will be contained in your offer letter.
In addition to the base annual salary listed above, this position is eligible for short-term [and long-term] incentive compensation, as well as benefits, which are subject to the applicable plans, policies and definitive documentation regarding such compensation and benefits.
