About The Role
A Marketing Operations Specialist is being sought to join a dynamic Marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting growth initiatives through the execution of marketing campaigns and the management of technical marketing operations. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for data, experience in building landing pages, and the ability to craft effective email campaigns. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Director.

Rapid growth necessitates a marketing operations specialist to manage campaigns, create landing pages, and oversee marketing operations for swift scalability. In this Marketing Operations Specialist role, key contributions include:
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns from inception to completion
- Designing and building high-converting landing pages using Webflow
- Maintaining and optimizing the email database, ensuring data hygiene and effective segmentation
- Compiling marketing data from diverse sources for accurate reporting
- Setting up A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns
- Supporting campaign tracking and analytics implementation
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards
- Executing technical marketing operations tasks
About You
- 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management
- Strong data analysis skills along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages within Webflow
- Proven track record of managing email marketing campaigns and automation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical marketing tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and capacity for independently managing multiple projects

- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools (Apollo, Clearbit, etc.)
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Experience with marketing automation workflows
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

- Basic understanding of JavaScript
