The Opportunity

Version 1 is looking dedicated Marketing Operations Administrator to manage and optimise marketing processes whilst supporting on a variety of tasks, overseeing reporting, aiming to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities by leveraging data-driven insights and aligning with sales goals.

In this role you will:

  • Active support in maintaining collateral and content libraries.
  • Assist with projects to ensure smooth execution, including event, merchandise and collateral support.
  • Support with financial and budget administration of campaigns and events.
  • Compile and consolidate marketing performance data and reports to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in marketing workflows and develop streamlined processes to optimise campaign execution.
