• Pioneer Innovative Approaches: Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years driving measurable growth through affiliate marketing in B2C e-commerce, specifically within the North American sleep sector
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding and scaling both organic publishers and PPC affiliate partners
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and critical performance metrics like EPC and ROAS
• Proficiency with market-leading affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact or Partnerize
• Experience with complementary tools like BrandVerity, Similarweb/Ahrefs, and Visual Ping
• Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and optimize partnerships with top-performing affiliates
• Strong negotiation skills and exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
• Self-starter mindset with proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns alongside affiliate initiatives
• Background working in startup or scale-up environments with limited resources and rapid pivots
• Familiarity with international markets and tailoring campaigns for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of sleep products industry and consumer purchasing behaviors
