Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Event & Program Manager to oversee the marketing, execution, and optimization of our live events, coaching programs, and special growth initiatives. This role is responsible for translating high-level vision into actionable marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

The Event & Program Manager works directly with the CMO and leads a team of three specialized marketing leads:

  • Event Marketing Lead – Manages all live event marketing (Business Mastery, UPW, DWD, etc.).
  • Program Marketing Lead – Focuses on coaching, subscriptions, and software marketing.
  • Growth Lead – Oversees 3-day summits, special projects, and non-core business initiatives.

This role requires deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive successful launches and ongoing program growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event, Program & Growth Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee marketing strategy and execution for live events, coaching programs, and special growth initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals, sales objectives, and CMO vision.
  • Develop and maintain launch playbooks to optimize marketing efficiency across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversions, engagement, and ROI.

Team & Cross-Functional Management

  • Lead and mentor the Event, Program, and Growth Marketing Leads to drive execution excellence.
  • Act as the bridge between the CMO, marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring smooth integration of marketing strategies across departments.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and conversion goals.
  • Work closely with content, paid media, email, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Provide strategic direction and problem-solving support to remove roadblocks and optimize team efficiency.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring the right audiences are targeted and nurtured.
  • Manage pre-event, at-event, and post-event marketing strategies to maximize engagement and sales conversions.
  • Align campaign execution with acquisition strategies, creative development, and content marketing.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing strategies based on data insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).

SUCCESS METRICS

  • Ensure successful event and program launches by overseeing all marketing efforts and execution.
  • Drive registrations, sales, and engagement through multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Maintain continuous marketing momentum for core programs while integrating new initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the marketing team, sales, and other business functions.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, event marketing, or program marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
  • Deep experience in multi-channel campaign execution, including paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to coordinate efforts between marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, ensuring seamless execution at scale.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize for better outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
