Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

Company: Med Spa Magic Marketing

Location: Remote ("In-Office" Mentality - U.S. Residents Only)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/year

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage assigned client accounts and oversee the strategy & execution of digital marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves hands-on work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns, while also coordinating and delegating tasks to the Digital Marketing Coordinators within their assigned Pod (Pod = Team Members working together on assigned client accounts). The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be working closely with the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and initiatives are used across all accounts within the Company. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, and an excellent communicator, very warm and welcoming, with a passion for delivering measurable results and success for our clients.

4. Hard worker: As a small business, we actually WORK while we're at work. The days are busy and productive. Team members who are easily distracted or have trouble locking in and working hard during the work day will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate & lead marketing update calls directly with clients to present results, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and manage effective digital marketing strategies for assigned client accounts and ensure efforts and communications to our clients and team are aligned throughout all Pods.

• Plan, launch, and optimize & manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive results.
• Build out and/or oversee the build outs of email and text messaging campaigns in our automation tool.
• Conduct and oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies within the assigned Pod to improve client SEO performance.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and to build comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator (within the assigned Pod), assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Various administrative and organizational tasks related to client projects.
• Ensure work is delivered on time and without error.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience and expertise in all aspects of digital marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO.
• Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts while staying within the allotted deadlines and maintaining top quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report on key performance metrics effectively.
• Experience working in or with the med spa industry is a plus, but not required.
