Ideal Profile

• 3+ years driving measurable revenue through affiliate marketing in B2C e-commerce environments.
• Proven track record in successfully onboarding and scaling both organic publishers and PPC affiliate partners.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and key performance metrics.
• Proficiency with market-leading tracking platforms like Impact or Partnerize and supporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and optimize affiliates for maximum performance.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with partners at all levels.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing paid media campaigns alongside affiliate initiatives.
