Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tech Project Manager with a strong background in marketing to manage projects and assist with upselling/cross-selling our services. This role is 80% project management and 20% sales-oriented, requiring excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.

A proactive and can-do attitude is essential, along with the capability to oversee projects within specified timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to website management, design, social media, and advertising.

Salary Range:

  • Junior: $10,000 - $15,000 per year
  • Senior (4+ years experience): $15,000 - $30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage marketing technology projects to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with different teams to align project goals and execution.
  • Maintain client communication through calls, emails, and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services (e.g., SEO after website launch).
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Marketing background preferred (experience in sales but understanding of marketing agency models also acceptable).
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong professional communication skills for client interactions.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing.
  • Remote work, but time zone alignment is crucial for client communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
  • Previous work in an agency environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to client needs.
  • Prior experience working with offshore teams.
